Buying Art Center Branded Items or Exhibition Pieces
Artwork purchased online, or in-person, from an Indianapolis Art Center Exhibition that was featured in the Art Center galleries are made available for pickup at the Guest Services Desk after the exhibition has been de-installed. Purchasers will be notified via phone or email when the artwork is ready for pick-up.
Branded Art Center merchandise that is purchased online can be picked up at the Guest Services Desk. Please allow 1-2 business days to process and make ready your order for pick-up. All work purchased from the Indianapolis Art Center is final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.

Buying Artwork from Individual Artists
Artwork that is purchased from an individual online artist will adhere to the policies put in place by the individual artists concerning shipping, local pick-up, returns/refunds, etc. This information is available on each artist’s vendor info page. If you have any questions regarding artwork purchased from individual artists on the Art Center Marketplace, please contact them directly with questions.
