Description
I found this stone and a smaller, sister stone at a Gem and Mineral Show at the Indiana State Fairgrounds a few years ago. It was cut locally by a lady lapidaries – I have yet to see her again at the shows. I feel fortunate to have two of these beauties – the smaller yet to be set. It takes time to determine what a stone calls out to be. This one wanted to be on the wrist, so the wearer could gaze at it and feel its quiet power. I wanted to orient the white lines in the stone vertically, and finally settled on the orientation you see here. There is a small window cut out of the back of the cuff, so the stone is visible from the back and also in cover contact with the wearer from that secret side. The band is marked with my forging hammer, providing the distinct characteristics of handmade work. There is some flexibility in the cuff to allow it to conform to your wrist. Roll it on and roll it off of your wrist to prevent scrapes!
One of a kind. Approx. 2″ wide. Fits medium sized wrist of 6-7 inches. Jewelry is packaged with alcohol wipes for your safety and comfort.
